Mrs. Aulick is the owner of eWide Technology Solutions, which she founded in early 2014. Mrs. Aulick was formerly CEO of DataVault, Inc. She is a CompTIA CDIA+ certified professional with over 25-years experience in the ECM / EDM industry. April started in IT as a service technician able to build and repair PC’s. She quickly realized she had a knack for learning software easily and enjoyed working with document imaging and management software.
In 1994, Mrs. Aulick joined her husband’s startup business, an ECM solution provider and IT networking company. In 1996, they began offering scanning services to their clients and together they grew the business to a million dollars in its first year. Over the years, April managed the company’s operations, as well as the finance, marketing, HR and scanning departments. Mrs. Aulick has a strong sales and marketing background that includes print advertising and automotive sales, among others. She was always an entrepreneur at heart, even as a child.
Mrs. Aulick continues to run the business and enjoys consulting and training other entrepreneurs and professionals on how to efficiently start and manage successful scanning businesses. Her clients travel from all over the globe to meet with her and spend several days or more in consulting and training sessions where she imparts her knowledge to teach them how to be successful at their startup.
April has trained the U.S. Treasury Department, Naval Security Group Activity, many MFP Dealers, many non-profit agencies and companies from both the public and private sector. She has successfully managed several large scanning projects that have produced millions of images. Some of the recent projects have been in the medical field; converting thousands of patient records for clinics and hospitals, as well as doctor’s offices, and in the banking industry; inventorying and converting thousands of real estate loans.
Mrs. Aulick is a Breast Cancer Survivor. She volunteers in the community and serves as the Treasurer for the church she attends. She has been a keynote speaker at several community events and is an advocate for at-risk youth. She has published a novel and a trade eBook and is currently writing.
April is a grandmother to seven wonderful kids scattered across the globe. She enjoys seeing this beautiful world, boating, hiking, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
